4.4 Productivity gains
The NBA has made considerable savings from the reduction of staff turnover in the second half of the financial year. The annual staff turnover rate was reduced to 26% (annualised) six monthly in the second. This has had a positive impact on improving corporate knowledge, skills, expertise, and reducing recruitment costs. Turnover tends to be at more junior levels with the loss of only two members of our senior leadership team of 12.
