We must make our records for legal services expenditure publicly available under paragraph 11.1(ba) of the Legal Services Directions 2017 (Cth)(Opens in a new tab/window)(Opens in a new tab/window). We must do this by 30 October each year for the previous financial year.

Annual certificate of compliance
We must report any possible or apparent breaches of the Legal Services Directions to the Office of Legal Services Coordination as soon as practicable.
We must supply an annual certificate stating how we have complied with the Legal Services Directions 2017. We must do this within 60 days of the end of each financial year.
