AI in Recruitment Statement
The NBA is committed to being transparent about the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in its recruitment processes. The NBA does not use AI to assess, screen, rank, shortlist or make decisions about candidates. External recruitment providers engaged by the NBA are also not permitted to use AI for these purposes.
